Save time and paperwork! Visit www.hrs.wsu.edu/openenrollment2015 and select the benefit button you wish to change to find the online link. Hardcopy forms can also be found under each button.
To enroll a family member not previously on your plan or for whom Dependent Verification documentation has not been provided, you will need to complete a hardcopy 2015 enrollment form and return it to Human Resource Services no later than November 26th, the last working day of November.
