PEBB Eligible Employees: Open Enrollment Changes Can Be Done Online!

Did you know you can make the following open enrollment changes quickly and easily ONLINE?

  • Change your medical and/or dental plan.
  • Delete currently covered family members.
  • Add previously verified family members back onto your insurance.
  • Enroll in the FSA or DCAP benefit.

Save time and paperwork!  Visit www.hrs.wsu.edu/openenrollment2014 and select the benefit you wish to change under “2014 Online Changes and Open Enrollment Forms”.

To enroll a family member not previously on your plan or for whom Dependent Verification documentation has not been provided, you will need to complete a 2014 enrollment form and return it to Human Resource Services no later than Nov. 27, the last working day of November.  The enrollment form is available at the above website, along with a list of the Dependent Verification documentation that will need to be submitted with the form.
