2014 Employee Enrollment Guides are now available, and can be accessed online at https://www.hca.wa.gov/pebb/Documents/50-100-2014.pdf, or by contacting Human Resource Services at 509-335-4521 or hrs@wsu.edu.
The Employee Enrollment Guides contains an overview of the benefits package offered to benefit eligible employees, including:
- Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance coverage, and their associated premium rates for 2014;
- Medical savings plans including the Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and the Health Savings Account (HSA);
- Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP), Long-term Care Insurance, as well as Auto and Home Insurance; and
- Important information on when you can make changes to your medical and dental coverage, or add/delete dependents under the special open enrollment provisions.
