You are invited to participate in a panel of subjects trained to evaluate the textural characteristics of fettuccine pasta. There will be eight training sessions directly followed by formal evaluations. Panel training sessions will be M,T,Th,F from 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. starting Monday, August 18 and ending with formal evaluation sessions on Friday, August 29. You will receive a Ferdinand’s coupon after each session and a small gift at the end of the panel. The training session times are not yet set in stone, so if you would like to participate, but have a timing conflict, let us know.
