You are invited to participate in a panel of subjects trained to evaluate the textural characteristics of fettuccine pasta.
There will be eight training sessions directly followed by formal evaluations. Panel training sessions will be M, T, Th, F from 3-4 p.m. starting Monday, August 18, and ending with formal evaluation sessions on Friday, August 29.
You will receive a Ferdinand’s coupon after each session and a small gift at the end of the panel. The training session times are not yet set in stone, so if you would like to participate, but have a timing conflict, let us know.
