Open Enrollment dates and presentations

Open Enrollment will run from Oct. 28 – Nov. 25, with Jan. 1 effective dates.

We will be providing communications and presentations for Open Enrollment. The first presentations will be offered via Zoom — Meeting ID: 812 058 2016.

  • Open Enrollment Overview: Oct. 15, 1:30–3 p.m.
  • Vision Benefits: Oct. 17, 9–10 a.m.
  • FSA Overview: Oct. 22, 10–11 a.m.
  • CDHP Overview: Oct. 23, 2–3 p.m.

Other live presentations will be offered, and recordings of the above sessions will be available on the Open Enrollment website.

Vision benefits will become a standalone plan and no longer be part of the Medical Plan. All benefit-eligible employees will need to make a vision plan election. Be sure to review the Open Enrollment Vision FAQ’s.

New Premium Rates — Kaiser rates are primarily going down, and Uniform is increasing slightly.

The Open Enrollment website is live and provides information on benefit changes, vision changes, the Benefit Fairs schedule, and other information you need to know.
