Open Enrollment 2024 — How to make changes

During the Open Enrollment (OE) period, Nov. 1–30, you can make certain changes to your benefit elections.

Please note: While it is recommended all eligible employees review and submit the Open Enrollment event in Workday, if you do not take action you will keep your same medical/dental plans and dependent coverage for 2024. You do need to take action if you wish to make changes to your 2024 medical/dental coverage, enroll in a FSA/DCAP account for 2024, or if you are required to re-attest to the spousal surcharge.

How do I make changes?

All changes will be made through Workday. An OE benefits event will arrive in your Workday inbox on Nov. 1; all changes must be submitted by Nov. 30 at midnight.

Step-by-step instructions on how to make changes can be found at the Workday Knowledge Base. Videos demonstrating how to make changes can be found at the HRS Open Enrollment website.
