Open Enrollment 2022- How to Make Changes

During the Open Enrollment (OE) period, Nov 1-30, you can make certain changes to your benefit elections.

Please note: You do not need to re-enroll each year to keep your same medical/dental plans. You do need to take action if you wish to make 2022 changes to your medical/dental coverage, enroll in a FSA/DCAP account, reduce or decline the pending 60% LTD benefit, or if you are required to re-attest to the spousal surcharge.

How do I make changes?

All changes will be made through Workday. An OE benefits event will arrive in your Workday inbox on Nov 1; all changes must be submitted by Nov 30 at midnight. WSU employees can no longer make changes by paper form, or through the Navia and HCA MyAccount portals.

Step-by-step instructions on how to make changes can be found at the Workday Knowledge Base. There are also videos demonstrating how to make changes at the HRS Open Enrollment website.
