Office 365 licensing update comes with brief outage

Between 8 p.m., July 26 and 7 a.m., July 29, during non-business hours, ITS will be replacing all current Office 365 licenses throughout the WSU system.

Required due to a change in Microsoft licensing, this new license will not affect or modify any functionality of your mailbox.

All students and employees who currently have an Office 365 mailbox will receive new licenses and can expect a 10 second outage at some point during this maintenance process.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact CougTech Help Desk (cougtech@wsu.edu or 509-335-HELP).
