October 2015 Information Technology Services (ITS) billing statements are now available. If you have signature authority access, or have been delegated by a signature authority for access, you may view your ITS charge detail, summary reports, and spreadsheets at: https://statements.it.wsu.edu/ . At this time ITS has resumed pass through billing for international long distance calls. Your October billing statement includes those charges from July 1 through October 28. Moving forward ITS will bill monthly for international long distance calls.
ITS has negotiated advantageous international long distance rates with Frontier Communications, these rates became effective August, 19 2015. You will notice a difference in per minute rates before and after that date. Moving forward the new rates will be applied for all international long distance toll calls. matthews@wsu.edu
