October billing statement change

As part of ITS’ implementation of a new work order and billing software designed to strengthen our services to users, October billing statements will be available during the first week of October, as opposed to the usual schedule of the last week of this month.

We will send an additional announcement providing more detailed information regarding billing availability and training resources next week.

We are excited about the improvements to ITS systems, and look forward to providing you continued excellent service.
