Oct 8 – Public Records and Records Requests (Videoconferenced)

As a public institution, the Washington State University is obligated to produce, upon request, any records or documents it keeps of its activities. This course, taking place Oct. 8 from 10:45 -11:45 a.m., is designed to acquaint managers with the basics of the Public Records Law, the types of records that are public and must be produced, WSU policy relating to public records and the process for responding thereto. Originating in Pullman, this course is available statewide through Academic Media Services.
