November Road Trip: Canyon Lands

Canyon Lands features meals inspired by traditional Native American recipes on Nov. 5 and 6. Enjoy entrees crafted from Southwest ingredients like jicama, cactus, buffalo, hominy, and rabbit. Visit one of the three WSU dining centers for a delicious experience.

Tuesday, Nov. 5: Lunch at Hillside Café

  • Tanka-me-a-lo (Buffalo Stew)

Wednesday, Nov. 6: Lunch at Northside Café

  • Poyha (Meat and Cornmeal)

Wednesday, Nov. 6: Dinner at Southside Café

  • Sopaipillas (Deep-Fried Pastries)
  • Braised Rabbit with White Beans
  • Succotash (Corn and Lima beans)
