Nov. 1 – Managing Your Unit’s Budget (Videoconference)

This installment in the Department Chairs and Directors Training Workshop Series will provide information and insight into successfully managing departmental and unit budgets. The session will include understanding budget statements, PBL, Accruals, F&A Accounts and Endowments. Also included is where to find meaningful data that measures department productivity.

The workshop occurs on Wednesday, November 1, from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m.

This event is no longer taking place in Murrow 52 and will now be located in Lighty 405 on the Pullman campus, it is available statewide via AMS Videoconferencing Services. It is important to register in advance. To do so, click here
