ITS Notice: Pullman firewall maintenance tomorrow (Aug. 8)

Information Technology Services (ITS) will be performing upgrades on the Pullman DataCenter firewalls from 8 to 11 a.m. tomorrow, August 8.

This maintenance will result in an outage of up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window, terminating access to the following services:

  • wsu.edumy
  • WSU login
  • CAHNRS server networks
  • Call manager
  • Splunk
  • ITS Virtual Infrastructure VMs
  • Domain Services
  • FAIS server networks
  • F5 systems
  • Spokane Isilon
  • Tier 1 server networks
  • Tier 0 management networks
  • Call Manager
  • International Programs Server Network
  • MGTHUB
