Not Getting Enough Sleep?

The WSU Psychology Clinic is offering a low cost, 10 session insomnia group starting in 2014.  We will meet Tuesday evenings 5:30-7 p.m. in Johnson Tower, Room 365.  The group is based on a state-of-the-art cognitive behavioral therapy model.  You will learn what affects sleep in general, which factors have a negative impact on sleep and how you change them, and how to improve your sleep in ways you may not have thought of.  The group is open to all community members, WSU faculty and staff.  Please call 509-335-3587 if interested in joining the group.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
