New workshop series to prepare undergraduates for graduate school

The Graduate School is hosting a new workshop series titled “Imagine Beyond” aimed at preparing undergraduate students for graduate school. Students will learn, among other information, how to prepare for graduate school, the components of a graduate school application, how to write a statement of purpose, how to find funding, and how to work with faculty. The workshops will be led by Raymond Herrera, director of the McNair Scholars program and assistant dean of the Graduate School, and Jennifer LeBeau, assistant dean of the Graduate School and a faculty member in the College of Education. Other WSU faculty will be assisting for some workshops. For more information and to register for workshops, visit https://gradschool.wsu.edu/imagine-beyond. Contact: raymond@wsu.edu
