New name and location—ITS Help Desk is now CougTech!

The Information Technology Services Help Desk has officially been renamed CougTech and all support staff have been or are in the process of moving to the Smith Center for Undergraduate Education (CUE) building in room 302.

CougTech offers technical assistance for students, faculty and staff via online, phone, email, and walk-in.  Need assistance with your wireless or your Network ID password?  Contact CougTech!

Visit CougTech in person in CUE 302 or via 509-335-4357 and cougtech@wsu.edu.  An updated website is currently under development and will be available soon.  In the meantime information is still available at https://infotech.wsu.edu/helpdesk/.

The relocation of all support staff to the CUE provides easier and more visible access for WSU students and employees as well as allowing for a greater depth of support and provides for quicker triage and communication between CougTech staff when issues impacting the campus arise.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
