New faculty & staff hired fall 2017 – You may still have time to earn your wellness incentive

If you earn 2,000 pints through SmartHealth, you will earn your 2018 Wellness Incentive. Here are some activities to help you along:

  • Complete your Wellbeing Assessment– It will help you understand the many dimensions of well-being. You earn 800 points!
  • Introduction to the EAP– Watch the EAP Orientation Video, earn 100 points!
  • Swap Holiday Treats for Healthier Sweets– Swap sweets for a healthier option on at least 10 separate days and earn 100 points!

Please sign in to your SmartHealth wellness account at: www.SmartHealth.hca.wa.gov to begin tracking these activities!  For more information about the Wellness Incentive, please visit https://hrs.wsu.edu/employees/wellcoug/smarthealth-wellness-incentive/ or call HRS at 509-335-4521.
