National Student Employment Week

April 8 -14 is National Student Employment Week. Come meet the Student Employment Coordinator to learn more about on-campus employment opportunities and Handshake, the student employment platform.

There is a peer-to-peer messaging workshop in Lighty 160 this Wednesday at 3 p.m.

There will also be tabling at the CUB this Thursday from 11a.m. to 2 p.m.

WSU is helping Handshake test out their new feature which will connect students with other universities to better network and share employment tips. Tyler Barstow, the student employment coordinator, will walk you through what this new feature will look like and how you can interact with other students during the workshop.

The Academic Success and Career Center  has drop-in hours for resume reviews and career coaching assistance from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. every day to help you get career ready.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
