myWSU outage, May 31

Starting at 6 a.m. on Saturday, May 31, myWSU will be temporarily unavailable as Information Technology Services (ITS) completes a scheduled system upgrade. myWSU is expected to return online before 11:59 p.m. on May 31, with service to be restored as soon as the upgrade is complete and verified.

Start time: 6 a.m.

End date: Sunday, June 1
End time: 6 p.m.

The following work is being completed: ITS is upgrading myWSU PeopleTools from version 8.59 to 8.61. During a portion of this maintenance window, myWSU will be temporarily unavailable.

All affected groups: myWSU users
All affected processes: myWSU access

Duration of impact: myWSU is expected to return online before 11:59 p.m. on May 31, with service to be restored as soon as the upgrade is complete and verified. However, the entire maintenance window is reserved to accommodate any unforeseen technical issues that may require additional time to resolve.

Necessary follow-up steps: Users who experience issues accessing myWSU or completing tasks after the upgrade are advised to clear their browser cache as an initial troubleshooting measure.
