myWSU outage, Dec. 7

On Saturday, Dec. 7, from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m., myWSU will not be accessible for up to two hours as Information Technology Services (ITS) completes a vendor-driven update.

Additional details on this upcoming ITS maintenance process are listed below:

Date: Saturday, Dec. 7
Start Time: 5 a.m.
End Time: 7 a.m.

The following work is being completed: ITS’ support vendor is installing the latest critical patch updates for myWSU. During this maintenance window, myWSU will not be accessible.

All affected groups: myWSU users
All affected processes: myWSU access and all myWSU processes
Duration of impact: Up to two hours
