myWSU maintenance this weekend

Enterprise Systems Group will be having Oracle Managed Cloud Services upgrade our myWSU Campus Solutions environment and install the latest PeopleTools 8.55.12 software beginning at 1 a.m. on Saturday, January 28, and lasting until 9 a.m. During this maintenance window, access to the myWSU portal may not be available but if users are able to log into myWSU, not all pages will display or users may get unexpected results.  All myWSU access will be back to normal upon completion of the work.

End users are asked to clear their browser cache before they log into myWSU after the upgrade. This will reload the new version of the software into their browser cache and allow the myWSU logout page to display correctly rather than as a text page.
