Multi-Directional Speed Clinic

University Recreation is holding FREE personal training workshops and assessments throughout the summer! If you want to improve your athletic performance try our upcoming multi-directional speed clinic focusing on speed and agility drills. This is a hands on workshop where participants will learn the basics on how to improve foot speed in multiple directions that will lead to faster times on the field of play.

Join us Wednesday, July 15, from 4:00-5:00 p.m. at the Valley Road Playfields. No sign up or registration is necessary and anyone can attend.

Mark your calendar for our August personal training workshop as well.

  • Functional Movement Assessment: August 12, 5-6 p.m. at the SRC
