Information Technology Services is completing a multi-date firewall maintenance to address a security advisory beginning Monday, Sept. 20 and finishing Thursday, Sept. 23 following the schedule listed below.
Users logged into remote Voice Protocol Network (VPN) during each of these changes will lose connection temporarily in Pullman, Spokane, Everett, and Vancouver. However, no additional follow up action is required for customers upon completion of the maintenance.
