“Under the MSC” Seafood Dinner

Join Dining Services on Wednesday, Mar. 22, from 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Southside Dining Center for an “Under the MSC” dinner extravaganza. Come learn more about Dining Services’ sustainability efforts and what it means to be certified by the Marine Stewardship Council. Enjoy a variety of MSC certified seafood dishes including Salmon Coulibiac, Paupiettes of Sole with Shrimp Mousse, Seared Cod Florentine and more.
