Motor pool vehicle renting reminders

Hours 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Must have Vehicle Release Form in hand at the time of rental with a signature authority signature or no rental is allowed.

Must have driver’s license in hand or no rental is allowed.

Must read and understand rental agreement before signing.

Must have read and understand BPPM and SPPM associated with Motor Pool rentals and operation.

Must notify of cancellation 24 hours in advance or rental charges still applies.

Vehicles must remain at the very least, on gravel maintained roads.
