Motor Pool system changes

WSU Facilities Services-Motor Pool has made the transition from AIS systems applications to AiM in preparation for the University’s move to Workday later this year. The most significant changes to customers will be in how charges are billed for service to department owned vehicles, fuel charges, and for long and short term rentals. Billing will occur monthly through AiM and statements will be emailed in a format similar to Facilities Services work order/project billing summary statements.

The on-line request form for short-term rentals is still being finalized with plans for release in the next couple of week. Departments are asked to continue to submit requests through CARS until that form is officially released. Please contact Kathie Jahn at 335-9085 or Kelly Cornish at 335-9101 with questions.
