MLK 15 The Dream Behind Bars: Art for Social Change Competition

The MLK Program invites all WSU undergraduates to submit artwork in any medium: short film, painting, photography, poetry, etc.  Entries must be submitted for one of the three categories.

  1. Remembering MLK — Submissions that commemorate the history of the Civil Rights Movement and the legacy of MLK
  1. Social Justice In Action — Submissions that address contemporary issues of inequality and injustice on a local, national, and/or global scale.
  2. Community-Building at WSU — Submissions that foster an inclusive community at WSU (must be specific to WSU)

One winner will be selected for each category and will be awarded a $500 scholarship, iPad, or Kindle.

Deadline for submissions: Dec 8, 2014

All WSU undergraduates are invited to submit and eligible to win: Pullman, Spokane, Tri Cities, Vancouver, Global Campus, etc.
