Meet the staff at WSU Dining Centers

Come taste what the staff has cooking up at this month’s Dining Services event Jan. 27 through Jan. 29.

Staff members will share their favorite personal recipes including a variety of home cooked and specialty dishes. From spicy entrées to ethnic desserts, Dining Services has something to satisfy everyone’s taste buds.

Join Northside Café staff on Thursday, Jan. 29, for a day-long event featuring dishes from across the world like lumpia, a Southeast Asian fried spring roll. Visit Hillside Café on Wednesday, Jan. 28, at 11 a.m. for spicier lunch dishes like chicken sauté and gingered pepper steak. Southside Café will also host the event all day on Tuesday, Jan. 27, starring dishes like grilled steak and chicken in pistachio arugula butter.
