Meet your favorite chefs from WSU Dining Services and enjoy new, tasty dishes for dinner! On Sept. 16, 17 and 18, your chefs will serve a few of their best-loved meals during the “Meet the Chefs” event. These dishes have been hand-picked and prepared by the chefs for your enjoyment.
Chefs will tour dining centers during dinner hours from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the flowing locations: Northside on Sept. 16, Southside on Sept. 17, and Hillside on Sept. 18.
The menu includes Twisted Texas Brisket and Boniato Smash by Chef Corey King, Sous Viude Teres Major with steamed wild rice and fresh seasonal vegetables by Chef Jake Cho, Tortellini alfredo with wild mushrooms by Chef Mel Dacanay, and Kick A** Reuben by Chef Adam Koerner.
