Meat Sale – Friday, Sept. 3, from 4 to 6 p.m.

After a long hiatus, the WSU Meats Laboratory at 2155 Wilson Rd on the Pullman campus is pleased to announce that our retail counter will be open on Friday, September 3, from 4 to 6 p.m.

We will have an assortment of processed meats, like our famous Cougar Smokie sausages, beef pepperoni sticks, breakfast sausage, and beef jerky for sale. We will also have our Premium Angus and Wagyu ground beef for sale at $5.25 and $6.50/lb, respectively. New this year are pre-made burger patties, perfect for tailgating & ready to throw on the grill. Frozen burger patties are 1/3 lb each with six per pack. Angus burgers are $7.25/lb.

WSU, Fluke Corporation celebrate opening of new Fluke Engineering Lab

The lab, located on the WSU Everett campus, will provide thousands of engineering students across the university system the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Fluke equipment used every day by working professionals.
