May 25th | Leading Virtual Teams

With most of us mostly working virtually/remotely, many of us are becoming increasingly more familiar with virtual meeting and communication platforms to manage our teams and the work we do. Join HRS for a discussion about the current and future challenges you are or might experience when leading a virtual team; we will talk about team building dynamics and how those might change in an ongoing virtual environment; as well as identify areas where you may want to evaluate how you could be more successful in leading a virtual team.

Tuesday, May 25th, 10-11:30 a.m.
