A series of training sessions are scheduled in October for WSU Pullman organizations seeking to apply for Service & Activities (S&A) Fees.
Organizations must attend one of these sessions, which will discuss the adjusted timeline and request process for 2026–27. Members are encouraged to attend in person, but Zoom links are available.

A makeup training session will be held on Oct. 15, 4–5 p.m., in the same room. Groups should also update their contact information on Involve.
S&A Fees are paid by each WSU Pullman student to provide non-academic programs and services for all students on campus. Each year, the student-led S&A Fee Committee hears requests and proposals from student groups, determines allocations, and sends a fee recommendation to the Board of Regents, which gives final approval.
