From 8 to 11:59 p.m. tomorrow, May 13, ITS will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Pullman VoIP system, which affects soft phones (Jabber).
This maintenance will result in a 30-minute outage of Jabber, but the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
Following the maintenance, users may need to fully exit Jabber and reboot soft phones to connect to the system.
