Locker-style beef for sale

Locker-style beef (whole or half carcass) is available from Cougar Quality Meats. Beef will be from Angus-type cattle with premium levels of marbling to maximize eating satisfaction. Carcasses will be aged a minimum of 14 days to optimize tenderness. Contact WSU meat scientist, Dr. Blake Foraker (blake.foraker@wsu.edu), for more information.
