Live online fitness class

Many of us are trying to incorporate exercise into our daily schedules, but how do we know if we are training correctly?  On Tuesday, Oct. 11, at 6:30 p.m. Ramon Sodano, from University Recreation, will demonstrate the foundational mechanics of resistance training and teach you how to apply them to your fitness routine.
