Learn how to “Train for a 5K, 10K and Beyond”

Tuesday, June 13 at 6:30 p.m.

Set a goal this summer and train to complete a 5K road race with expert advice from Dr. Dina Mijacevic, WSU professor in Kinesiology and former Division 1 track and field athlete.  During this live, online event, Dr. Mijacevic will share information on creating a training schedule, race preparation, how to avoid common running injuries, and aerobic endurance programs.  The information Dr. Mijacevic will provide can help you set the foundation for your first race or help you prepare to go further.
