Learn to Swim with UREC

Want to learn how to swim? University Recreation offers professional and fun swim lessons that help all ability levels become more comfortable in the water. Participants can sign up for either beginning or intermediate swim lessons beginning Oct. 20 in Smith Gym pool. Beginning lessons focus on learning the basic skills to achieve water competency and comfortability in the pool. Intermediate lessons help participants become efficient swimmers by covering the six basic swimming strokes. Lessons for the entire session range from $45 for UREC members and $55 for nonmembers.
