Join bike commuting veteran Lowell Kappmeyer and Transportation Services for a seminar on commuting by bike during Palouse Bike Week (being held September 17-22). There will be two different sessions during Palouse Bike Week with the following dates, times, and locations:
- Monday, September 17, from noon-1 p.m. in the CUB Junior Ballroom (CUB 212).
- Thursday, September 20, from noon-1 p.m. in the CUB Butch’s Den (CUB L60)
Lowell Kappmeyer has been commuting 11 miles by bike each way from his home in Moscow for many years, and does so in all elements, including rain, snow, wind, or shine. He has an impressive breadth of knowledge when it comes to commuting by bike, and he will be sharing some of that knowledge with an enlightening presentation.
There will also be ample time for attendees to ask Lowell any questions he may have regarding commuting by bike.
There are many other events going on in both Pullman and Moscow for Palouse Bike Week for all ages and abilities. Check out all the events at the second annual Palouse Bike Week schedule on the Pullman Chamber of Commerce website.
