The AP Contribution Awards recognize Administrative Professionals’ exceptional contributions to WSU and their area or unit. Exceptional is defined as beyond the expected or required performance; or have made a unique difference; or had far reaching, impelling or compelling impact to their work area.
The nomination should highlight contributions made by the employee that address (but not limited to): productivity; innovative problem solving, positive working relationships, and university or community service above and beyond their expected job responsibilities. What makes them an exceptional administrative professional employee?
To be eligible, the employee must be a full-time, FTE Administrative Professional and have not received the award in the past five years.
The nomination submission process closes April 22nd and winners will be announced at APAC’s May 9th meeting. Winners will be awarded $1000. A total of 6 awards will be selected based on representation and work location.
