Last chance to RSVP for PERSIST Training

Faculty and staff are invited to take part in a full day of training and guidance in student success strategies on April 14. WSU will host “PERSIST: A Comprehensive Guide for Student Success in Higher Education,” from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Beasley Cougar Lounge. The event will be available via AMS at other WSU locations (see the RSVP page for details).

Please RSVP at teach.wsu.edu by April 1 to reserve your seat.

The tentative agenda includes sessions on: Institution-wide retention, Navigating the campus, Academic success, Financial planning, and Career planning.

The workshop is free to faculty and staff, and includes lunch. The PERSIST program is prepared and presented by ECMC, a nonprofit with a mission to help students succeed.
