Tidal Leadership: Multi-Day Immersion-Based Training is a program intended for people who want to hone their leadership skills, or expand their responsibility level as a leader.

This training will help you get more out of your professional and personal experiences, and prepare you to lead. Join our professional leadership facilitators to take your leadership skills to the next level.

Transformational Outcomes:

  • Explore value-based strategies for transforming your ability to make decisions;
  • Enhance awareness of how you communicate;
  • Hone your communication and relationship building skills;

Build your resume with a training from a world-class university.
