Last call: All‑Campus Picnic volunteer solicitation

As the start of a new semester nears, we are looking forward to hosting students and staff at the traditional All‑Campus Picnic, this Friday, Aug. 19, for the first time since 2019! Taking place right after convocation on the Pullman campus, we expect to welcome over 5,000 students and staff and are still seeking volunteer support to host a successful event!

Volunteer commitments will be scheduled in 1‑hour blocks and are available from 10:15 a.m.–1:30 p.m. but will schedule volunteers to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of each shift.

Volunteer roles:

  • Line control support (helping form lines and directing traffic)
  • Greeters / clicker counters (greeting and counting patrons)

If you’re willing to volunteer, thank you, please email Bridget Adams at bridget.adams@wsu.edu to sign up for a role and time slot.

Thanks again, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
