Lace up, stretch out, and get in the game!

Are you ready to take on the rest of the PAC-12? From October 24-28, join University Recreation in showing that WSU is the most dedicated school in the PAC-12 to living a healthy and active lifestyle. Make sure to bring your CougarCard, because access to the Student Recreation Center is free to faculty and staff all week.

UREC will also host activities throughout the week at the SRC to help people get in the competitive spirit. To participate, create an account at pac12challenge.org and log your workout minutes throughout the week. Whichever school has the most minutes logged at the end of the week wins!
