Help the Common Reading Program discover the 2016-17 common reading book. Nominations for next year’s book are open through October 15. The book should fit with the two-year theme of “Leadership and Social Justice.” This year’s book, “Just Mercy: A story of Justice and Redemption,” by Bryan Stevenson, aligns with this theme.
The Common Reading website has a list of this year’s already nominated books. You can suggest a new book or endorse an already-nominated book. Fill out the online form with the book’s title and why it would be a great choice for freshmen and others to read and use in the classroom and beyond.
Nominations will remain open until 6 p.m. Oct. 15.
