Kettlebell Conditioning

University Recreation is offering a Kettlebell conditioning class during fitness session II. A Kettlebell class is a full body workout engaging all muscles in fluid movement while increasing stability. This conditioning class ups the ante in a workout by adding extra cardiovascular intensity to the functional training experience of a Kettlebell strength workout. This class begins October 14 and registration closes November 8. The cost is $18 for Student Recreation Center (SRC) members.
