June 8 – Fair Labor Standards Act – Update to Salary Test

The United States Department of Labor is updating the regulations governing overtime pay.  The proposed update will impact the salary test used in determining overtime eligibility.  This course provides an overview of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the update and provides guidance on preparing for these new standards..

This session will be held on June 8, 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
