When:
- Option 1: May 13, 14, 15, and 16
1-hour sessions between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day - Option 2: May 17 and 18
2-hour sessions between noon and 6 p.m. each day
Where:
Food Science and Human Nutrition Building Room 146, WSU Pullman
To participate in this panel:
- Be 60+ years of age and living independently or unassisted
- Be able to communicate in English
- Have no food allergies
- Be able to complete an online questionnaire prior to in-person sessions
- Have not participated in the March or April sessions
- Be able to attend 4 hours of in-person sensory evaluation sessions at the WSU Sensory Science Center
Compensation for completing all 4 sessions is a $30 Ferdinand’s Ice Cream Shoppe or Walmart gift card.
