Join our Panel (sensory evaluation and auction) of Ready-to-Eat Jambalaya!
When: Thursday, February 28 and Friday, March 1 (you may attend only one day)
Time: From 11:00am to 5:15pm
Location: FSHN Building, Room 145 (in front of the Sensory Lab)
To qualify* as a panelist, you must:
· Be at least 21 years old
· Be the primary grocery shopper in your household.
· Frequently consume ready-to-eat meals.
The sensory evaluation and auction will take approximately 60 minutes of your time (only one day). All panelists attending to a time slot are required to be on time and stay in the room at all time. *You are not qualified to participate in this panel if you already participated in our Jambalaya In-Home study.
For participating in this panel, every panelist will be rewarded with $30 cash incentive*
** The winner of each time slot auction will get one full meal (equivalent to 9 oz. – 1 individual serving) of the jambalaya at the cost determined in the auction. This price will be paid using the cash incentive.
Allergen/Ingredient Notice. This meal contains the following ingredients: Andouille pork sausage, chicken, shrimp, tomato, vegetables (onion, celery, pasilla pepper, garlic), chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, seafood seasoning (Old Bay, Cajun), pepper, salt.
